TROUBLE WITH RETIREMENT
Retirement can be a long awaited dream or it can be a time of too much togetherness. Plan for your retirement just like you make financial plans, make emotional plans. You have a right to have your needs met and this should you give you some insight as to things to contemplate.
Concentrate on the breathing to clear your mind.
